What this site is

US Home Loan Data publishes directory and statistical information compiled from public sources: federal Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) filings published by the CFPB, lender-published loan officer directories, and state licensing records.

Information you give us

If you submit the rate comparison form, we collect the information you enter (name, email, phone, state, loan goals) together with a record of your consent (timestamp, IP address, browser, the exact consent language shown). We use it to contact you as described in the consent language and may share it with the licensed companies listed on our Marketing Partners page. We retain consent records as required to document your authorization.
